Job Description / Role:
Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P -External Fulfillment organization in Dubai to focus on EF program & product strategy to drive growth & improve customer & seller experience in MENA.
As a PM, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating products and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery experience and seller experience for our channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideating and launching new programs and products on the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate products and initiatives to improve delivery and seller experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and launch new programs.
- Manage the product roadmap for 3P External Fulfillment.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Experience driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
