Job Description / Role:
KEO is seeking talented UAE National (Emirati), from fresh graduates to professionals with 1–2 years of experience, to join our team. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple teams, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a variety of prestigious projects while building a strong foundation for your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the intake of RFPs, addendums, and pre-qualification submissions.
- Prepare, format, and compile proposal documents in Word and PDF.
- Manage proposal portals, including usernames, passwords, and client submissions.
- Prepare Go/No-Go documents and submit final proposals to client portals.
- Develop high-quality, client-focused proposals by coordinating project information, technical content, and team profiles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and competitive proposals.
- Support proposal schedules and ensure the timely delivery of all submissions.
- Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and databases to improve future proposal and marketing activities.
Experience Required:
- Fresh graduates to professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in administration or proposal coordination is preferred.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
