Job Description / Role:
Monitor Deloitte is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager specialized in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will provide high-level strategic guidance on critical issues such as digital transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation. The role involves leading large, complex consulting engagements and driving business development efforts to expand the firm’s footprint in the TMT market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in the TMT sector.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing high-level strategic guidance on critical issues.
- Drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities to build long-term client relationships.
- Lead the successful delivery of large, complex consulting engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, directors, and senior managers.
Experience Required:
- At least 12-15 years of experience in the TMT consulting space.
- Strong track record in leading strategy projects and client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing large client engagements.
- Exposure to GCC markets, especially UAE, KSA, or Qatar.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem solving and structuring of ambiguous strategic questions.
- Commercial judgement regarding market opportunity, customer needs, and product economics.
- Strong quantitative skills including market sizing, revenue modelling, and business case development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior-level storylines and presentations.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across strategy, operations, technology, and risk.
- Ability to independently own workstreams and engage senior stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of TMT sectors including digital transformation and regulatory change.
