Job Description / Role:

As a Kids Only Agent, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success. Your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for the well-being of the participating children by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service. You will facilitate all the activities and programs of the Kids Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being of all participating children.
- Provide highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service to guests.
- Facilitate all activities and programs within the Kids Club.
- Report directly to the Kids Only Manager.
Experience Required: Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Languages: Excellent spoken and written communication skill in English.
