Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for a range of building projects.
- Prepare concept and schematic design packages, including plans, elevations, diagrams, and presentation materials.
- Translate client briefs and project requirements into creative and practical design solutions.
- Produce high-quality design presentations and visualizations for internal and client reviews.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design professionals.
- Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and project presentations.
- Conduct site and contextual analysis to inform design strategies and project vision.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in design coordination throughout the early design stages of the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the preparation of architectural reports, design narratives, and competition submissions where required.
- Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Experience Required: 4 – 7 years of relevant experience.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Skills Required:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup, PhotoShop, Illustrator and In-Design.
