Job Description / Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator who plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration and financial governance of our project in Tabuk, KSA. By supporting Contract Managers with invoice processing, timesheet reconciliation, PR and PO management, commercial reporting, and contract compliance activities, the role helps maintain commercial control, ensures timely consultant payments, supports budget management, and contributes to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining full compliance with contractual and corporate requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of professional services contracting and commercial administration practices.
- Understanding of procurement, finance, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
- Strong experience in invoice validation and reconciliation against timesheets and contractual entitlements.
- Experience in Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) management processes.
- Strong administrative and document management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling commercial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and commercial tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Understanding of commercial governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to issue resolution.
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years supporting commercial, procurement, contract administration, or project controls functions within complex project environments.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Procurement, Engineering or a related discipline
Skills Required:
- Experience administering consultant and PMC contracts, processing payments, maintaining commercial records, and supporting contract compliance activities
