Job Description / Role:

As an Executive Chef, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success. Your role goes beyond developing relationships with guests and colleagues; you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience at Casea 101.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff in all aspects of the culinary areas.
- Ensure the highest professional standards are met with care and attention to detail.
- Operate in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences consistently.
- Constantly innovate to deliver amazing experiences and everlasting memories.
Experience Required: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
Skills Required:
- Proven professional experience in Italian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment.
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail.
Languages: Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are highly regarded.
