Job Description / Role:
Kerzner International is seeking a Floor Manager to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. The Floor Manager will oversee the training, supervision, and day-to-day management of the service team, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth restaurant operations.
As an integral part of the resort’s success, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the restaurant, developing relationships with guests and colleagues, and upholding the resort’s commitment to creating joy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee training, supervision, and day-to-day management of the restaurant service team.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and smooth restaurant operations.
- Manage team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Resolve operational and guest-related issues efficiently.
- Prioritize multiple tasks using strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an upscale 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
