We have a fantastic opportunity for a Room Service Order Taker to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only the Palm Resort in Dubai. You will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and responsible for handling the day-to-day operation of the In Room Dining Desk in close cooperation with the IRD Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all activities are adhered to and support One&Only The Palm Quality Management System.
- Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation in In Room Dining department.
- Undertake training according to departmental training schedule.
- Assist in optimizing outlet utilization and to maximize outlet revenue.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong F&B knowledge.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele.
- Dynamic team player with ability to provide the highest standard of service.
Languages: Excellent communication in English language is required; an additional language will be highly regarded.
