Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a leading regional technology systems integrator specializing in ELV, ICT, Smart City, Security, Life Safety, Robotics, AI, and Intelligent Infrastructure solutions. With an established presence across the Middle East, the company delivers major projects for some of Saudi Arabia’s largest government and giga-project developments.
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the company’s Saudi Arabian operations. This executive-level position offers the opportunity to drive business performance, oversee complex project delivery, manage large multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the organization’s continued expansion across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all operational and commercial activities across the Saudi Arabia business.
- Manage overall business performance, including profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead and develop a workforce of more than 150 employees.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Drive business development and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage commercial matters including variation orders, claims, and value engineering.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 15 years of experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Extensive background in ELV, ICT, Security, Systems Integration, or Smart Infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex project portfolios.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Skills Required:
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills.
Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic.
