Job Description / Role:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Inspector to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring of landscape works, ensuring alignment with project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and associated civil works.
- Ensure that all landscaping work is carried out in compliance with the approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor contractors’ progress and performance, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of activities.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports for landscape-related elements.
- Review and comment on contractors’ method statements, materials submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with other site inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any non-conformances identified.
- Assist the Resident Engineer / Landscape Engineer in monitoring the progress of landscaping works and resolving site issues.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
Experience Required: 7 years of work experience.
Education Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- Quality control monitoring
