Job Description / Role:
A well-established regional organization is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced food and consumer-focused environment.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across procurement, planning, inventory, supplier management, logistics and distribution while supporting business growth, service excellence and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply chain strategy and operational planning
- Strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
- Demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment
- Warehousing, transportation and distribution
- Product availability and service-level improvement
- Cost optimization and supplier performance
- Process improvement, automation and analytics
- Quality, safety and regulatory compliance
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Leadership and development of supply chain teams
Experience Required:
- Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience
- Strong leadership exposure within food, consumer goods, FMCG, food service, hospitality or related multi-site operations
- Proven experience across procurement, planning, inventory and logistics
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction and operational improvement
- Regional experience would be advantageous
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled or perishable product supply chains
- Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems
- Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities
