Job Description / Role:
We are seeking a dedicated FX Sales Retention Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role focuses on promoting financial products, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through effective retention strategies within the fast-paced Forex and CFD industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into long-term clients, ensuring superior service standards, and maintaining deep knowledge of global financial markets to support sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers.
- Increase chances of future sales.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.
- Keep up to date with the financial markets.
Experience Required:
- Previous Retention experience in Forex/FX & CFD Industry is mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Native/fluent in Bangladeshi, both oral and written.
- Computer savviness.
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets.
- Management and mathematics skills.
- Great objection-handling skills.
