We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Bartender to join the team at our new Premier Inn Hotels.
Bartender is a support role which ensures smooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order to confidently recommend and up-sell the various products on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner.
- Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products, focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlet targets.
- Clear and clean the bar in a professional manner.
- Maintain stock, accurately handle point-of–sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet at all times.
- Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to, train all new team members.
Experience Required:
- Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a Bartender for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.
