Job Description / Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Manager (Server & Network) to lead the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of enterprise IT systems, including servers, networks, servers, cloud services, and security technologies.
This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, identity and access management, disaster recovery, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive IT strategy, implement security best practices, and ensure business continuity while supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, backup environments, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
- Oversee Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy, policies, and standards.
- Lead security assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
- Manage incident response, IAM, PAM, and endpoint security solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure and support team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage IT infrastructure budgets and projects.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management with a strong focus on Cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing enterprise server and network environments.
- Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and enterprise security solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading IT teams in medium to large organizations.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or ITIL are considered an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Enterprise network administration and infrastructure management.
- Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services.
- Firewalls, VPN technologies, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Server hardware, virtualization, storage systems, and monitoring.
- Security auditing, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
