The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail) will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding and lead mass hiring projects for retail roles such as Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, and Store Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Experience Required: 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail. Proven experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
