Job Description / Role:
Stantec is seeking a Structural Inspector for projects in Abu Dhabi, specifically focused on the City Walk development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing structural works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect structural construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Ensure that all construction work is executed in accordance with approved safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and project management teams to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and progress reports regarding site inspections and structural integrity checks.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in structural inspection protocols.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and standards.
- Ability to interpret complex structural blueprints and technical drawings.
