Job Description / Role:
Lead and manage the development, support and implementation of cost-effective programmes, standards, procedures, and a Companywide Centre of Excellence to improve and assure Technical Integrity of the Company’s Plants & Pipeline assets throughout their lifecycle. Ensure the development of the relevant processes to manage the full visibility of Technical Integrity performance threats for enabling decision-making and contribute in achieving the business operations requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, maintain and communicate the Company’s Technical Integrity framework and standards.
- Manage the implementation of Technical Integrity improvement programs, policy, processes, standards, and procedures.
- Lead and manage the review and assessment of Technical Integrity events and risks.
- Develop and support a coherent reporting system for assets technical integrity to provide basis for management decisions.
- Lead studies and analyses of assets technical integrity.
- Contribute to the development of the corporate Asset Integrity and Process Safety risk register.
- Lead a comprehensive risk-based assurance plan across the Company’s Plants, Pipelines, and projects.
- Lead and support Level 1 and 2 Technical Integrity audits.
- Explore and implement digital technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin, Robotics, and Drones.
- Manage networks of internal stakeholders to maximize Company benefit.
- Plan and supervise team personnel and resources.
- Compile and provide input for Department budgets and monitor expenditure.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Technical Integrity frameworks and HSECES management.
- Knowledge of ALARP and Technical Authority Frameworks.
- Experience in risk management and performing integrity audits.
- Digital literacy including Machine Learning, AI, Digital Twin, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in preparing integrity status reports and performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Budgeting and cost control skills.
