The Bastien’s beautician will be providing all Bastien treatments perfectly and has good retail power. He/she is fully responsible for his/her treatment and all tasks that he/she is delivering. All the standard corresponding must be known and followed flawlessly. He/she has an important role in interacting with his/her guests, recommending Bastien treatments, bookings, realizing treatments, and recommending products.
He/she needs to be independent with the guest journey and able to handle a guest from A to Z. Responsible for revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other business centers in the Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests to provide high-quality service.
- Recommend and book Bastien treatments.
- Perform Bastien treatments according to brand standards.
- Recommend products to guests to drive revenue.
- Manage the full guest journey from A to Z.
- Maximize revenue through retail, up-selling, and cross-selling to other business centers in the spa.
Experience Required: At least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Nail Salon.
- Creative, dynamic, and passionate approach.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent retail and up-selling capabilities.
Languages: Excellent spoken and written English
