Job Description / Role:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics operations for an international automotive spare parts trading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import, export, re-export, and local deliveries.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport companies.
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation.
- Ensure accurate HS code classification and customs compliance in accordance to UAE regulations.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery performance and transportation costs.
- Negotiate freight rates and logistics service agreements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and Free Zone procedures (Dubai South/JAFZA preferred).
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Languages: English and Russian (spoken and written)
