Job Description / Role:
Kerzner International has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to join the One&Only team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success.
Your role focuses on developing, planning, and managing the learning and development programs for all colleagues in order to meet both the individual and organizational needs and to ensure that brand standards are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and manage learning and development programs for all colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards across the resort.
- Meet individual and organizational development needs.
- Report directly to the Cluster Learning & Development Manager.
- Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Experience Required: At least 2-3 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Middle East/GCC experience is considered an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong background in learning, coaching, and development.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Languages: English and/or another language
