Job Description / Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Head of Construction to lead our real estate development projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and architecture, combined with deep operational experience managing complex developments under G+Unlimited license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead real estate development projects across Dubai.
- Manage complex developments under G+Unlimited license.
- Coordinate multi-trade suppliers (local and international).
- Implement cost optimization strategies including value engineering and load/volume recalculation.
- Apply modern materials and technology to construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Building Code and regulatory frameworks.
- Liaise with authorities such as Nakheel, Trakheesi, DDA, and DLD.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai construction.
- At least 7 years as Construction Director or Chief Project Engineer.
- At least 5 years in a real estate development company.
- At least 3 years in a general contracting company.
- Successfully delivered minimum 2 projects under G+Unlimited license within a general contracting firm.
Education Qualifications:
- Education in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture.
- Holder of Engineer Card with G+Unlimited license (mandatory).
Skills Required:
- Subcontractor management.
- Value engineering.
- Load and volume recalculation.
- Dubai regulatory authority liaison (Nakheel, Trakheesi, DDA, DLD).
- Dubai Building Code expertise.
