Job Description / Role:
HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our growing network of multidisciplinary clinics across Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about continuity of care, preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with individuals and families.
You will provide comprehensive Family Medicine care within a busy outpatient environment while managing both acute and chronic conditions. The successful candidate will enjoy building long-term patient relationships and delivering evidence-based care focused on prevention, wellness, and continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients across all stages of life with a focus on prevention, early diagnosis, and chronic disease management.
- Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care within a busy outpatient environment.
- Deliver evidence-based care focused on wellness and continuity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Dermatology, and Physiotherapy.
- Build and retain a loyal patient following.
Experience Required:
- Strong outpatient Family Medicine experience.
- Experience managing chronic disease programmes.
- Experience within established primary care systems is strongly preferred.
- Previous UAE clinical experience preferred.
Education Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH Specialist Family Medicine license.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
- Ability to build and retain a patient base.
- Evidence-based medical practice.
- Commitment to patient-centred healthcare.
Languages: Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
