The Wellness Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to, contacting every guest prior to arrival, booking Recovery Lab treatments and Fitness services. This role acts as a primary point of contact for guest wellbeing needs, ensuring an immersive experience that aligns with the SIRO brand pillars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular on-job trainings are performed and all SOP’s followed.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Perform duties in other employees’ absence, including Front desk duties.
- Attend daily handover briefings and share guest request information.
- Advise guests on programs, nutritional requirements, memberships, and activities.
- Provide services above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for transportation requests and end of month analysis.
- Manage VIP amenity requests and ensure correct room allocation and amenity placement.
- Monitor and record guest issues in the response tracking system.
- Implement emergency plans and adhere to health and safety policies.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a five-star hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in guest services is required.
- Experience in pre-opening phases is considered an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Opera PMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of wellness, recovery, and fitness services.
- Capability to upsell and cross-sell hotel facilities.
Languages: English (Fluent), additional languages are an advantage.
