The Wellness Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to, contacting every guest prior to arrival, booking Recovery Lab treatments and Fitness services. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, ensuring their needs are met across all five pillars of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Perform duties in employees’ absence, including Front desk duties.
- Ensure regular on-job trainings are performed and all SOPs followed.
- Attend daily handover briefings and pass necessary information related to guests.
- Advise guests on programs and nutritional requirements.
- Provide services that go above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell services and facilities to guests.
- Manage VIP amenity requests and verify correct allocation in Opera and ALICE systems.
- Implement emergency plans and adhere to security, health, and safety policies.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a five-star environment.
- Previous experience in guest services.
- Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office, Excel, and Opera.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
- Strong knowledge of wellness, nutrition plans, and fitness class offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation.
Languages: Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
